Great art work, I have no idea how to approach doing digital art, but I do enjoy viewing it. Lighting in picture is good, colors are good, contrast is good, clarity is good, overall impact is good. Thank you for sharing.

This is very well done. The color scheme is great and the lightning bolts look to be photographed and digitally altered. What a shot that lightning strike would be. Thanks for sharing.

I like your skyline in silhoutte. It looks great with the nighttime sky. The sky looks fabulous too, especially with the lightning. Very cool. Nice reflections. Overall good digital skills and great image.

Good depiction of the contest theme. I like the way you have layered the clouds, with the lightening just giving interest. I like the foreground and how you have depicted the reflections of the pots.

I do like the intimate sort of feel the rain gives this, and the color choices are excellent, especially the glowing light in the distance. I do think that the plants should have a bit of movement to them in thisdeluge, but probably only I would notice such a thing! Donkeyoatey

I really like this one, love the recession in the buildings as they dissapear into the night sky. Great lightning stike and the detail in the relfection in the wet roof terrace is remarkable.

Initial impact is dramatic. The scene is divided into three parts which is pleasing. THe foreground items are on the same plane with the reflections evident in the wet sidewalk. The lighting source appears to be the lightning so I feel I am in a night scene. THe city is a dramatic background for the plants. Good hues...did you try yellow in the little tower top on the right? WOndered how it would play with the complementary color of the purple plant. Interesting composition! Jean

This almost has an engineered quality to it. Nothing slip-slap here, ever line and color was considered very carefully. There are many elements to engage the viewer such as the well balanced composition, The moody colors sparked by the potted plants and the lightening. Finally the element of story telling is also a strong component.

Great initial impact with good composition. Very competent use of electronic media to make this artwork. Clearly good observation and attention to details to obtain special effects like the wet surfaces and layers of buildings receding into the stormy rain. Very good colours, textures, tones and contrasts. Well done!
