Love the geometrical shapes making up the form of this oriental lady. The colours are superb, making a very pleasing image.

I like your semi-abstract posting and your semi-abstract point-of-view, and your willingness to take a non-standard approach to art.

abstract? sorry im from the comic world and this is more like she is harnessing her power and about to battle...in my opinion abstract r generally something thrown together by an inexperience artist with a half tail excuse of what it suppose to be..there r only a few abstract artist who truely create art..the rest r just trying..this is not an abstract..i see a good facial expression. the blend of color is awsome. the balance and design is very eye pleasing to the viewer..so this is not an abstract but a good creation and good job overall.wink

LOL! Thank you, MK. I didn't know what else to call it other than digital design. That might be better. Actually that's what I wrote in the description line. I'll take that out of the title. :))MW

Impressive semi realist rendition of a kabuki dancer with vibrant rays striking in all directions depicting her outrageous, outlandish & outstanding personality, artistry & talents...
Interesting subject with strong initial impact.
Harmonious warm colors capped with purplish white costume.
Excellent Oriental facial feature with chopstick hair accessory.
Subdued lighting.
Centered framing.
Sharp focusing.
Thanks for sharing.

    You're welcome!
My friend, do you know how to retrieve an accidentally disabled post?

If it is just disabled, go to the top of your portfolio, it will show "disabled." just click on that and click restore. That will put it back in your portfolio. :)

This is so beautiful. I love her face with her eyes being so clear and sharp and her nose and mouth slightly softened. the highlights on her face very nice too. The designs around her have movement as though she is dancing. The background colors and shapes to them are also very beautiful. Nice work.

This is really colorful and unique, such a pleasant image of this gal. The colors are so wonderful, the image very striking. thanks for sharing. Don't know a thing about Kabuki dancers, so don't have a clue as to how realistic this is or not:)
