My guess is 3 but I am probably way off. Abstract art tends to go over my head. With that said this is gorgeous. The splashes of bright colors has created a wonderful scene with great story telling potential. The full scene of exploding color gives our senses a huge dose of eye popping pleasure. The butterflies are free to travel throughout the scene as they wish. Wonderfully artistic.

Thank you for your kind, up listing and throughout review. I appreciate especially that you did a review outside your comfort zone. Yes there are three big butterflies. But I was mean again. The painting is a Caprice [pictures within pictures. Some people have an knack for it, others do not. Its like everything else. Some are good with the camera, like you; others miss that talent completely.

A great mix of almost abstract colors and rendering. The lime green and blue is the glue that holds this picture together so well. I would have liked lighter outer colors purely because of the subject of butterflies being light-hearted fantasy composition but it has a lot going for it.

Shoot, you hid her well, ha ha ha. Love the double use of the horn intertwined to become part of the red flower middle bottom. Truly an outstanding work. C

Hi Heidi, I found about fiour...the white the bigger one, the one that's orangish brown, and the one on the bottom right with the yellow on the wing. This is a pretty colorful creative composition. Good job here:)
