What I like most about it are the finger-like painted strokes on the right side along with the subtleties of ghe greens in the background. Of course, the flower is lovely and has rosado tones that are most enchanting. Lovely composition, well-framed with exceptional highlights! Bravo.

A beautiful presentation. The color of the bloom is as fine as you will ever see. The composition is first rate and the background embellishments are subtle and artful.

Lovely shot of this dahlia Anne. I like your composition, offset to one side. I do have a preference for not shooting straight down at a flower, but in the case of dahlias, they have so much to offer, they lend themselves well to it. Nice and sharp with excellent colors and your signature blur in the background :)

Nice when you can make a series of the blooms. Now that it is fully opened not much of the b/g decoration shows. But enough to recognize it. Very soft pink which contrast nicely with the b/g. Nice attention to detail. The yellow petal in the b/g brings out the center of the flower nicely.

An absolutely fabulous photograph once again Annie. Every single tiny detail is full available to be viewed. The light on the flower is very natural and the flower is appropriately shadowed. Your background is excellent as always. Very nice work.
