Oh, the amber eyes are fabulous! I like too the moon between the clouds and the silvery sparkles that put on the black fur of the panther. Great shading and composition excellent. Good luck

I saw this painting pop up on the overhead banner and I was immediately taken by it. You certainly have painted a powerful beast. The muscle tone across the shoulders and the large head really shout "Don't mess with me, you will come off worse". My sister, who lives in the country, had a Siamese tom cat. He quite often caught rabbits and brought them home. He had a very similar look in the eye and powerful shoulder line. I love the way you have painted the night sky too. Very evocative with the moon peeping through the clouds. Great work and good luck in the contest.
