I like these colors. Wish there was more yellow :) I like how it is peeking around the cloud bank. The clouds you framed in have nice shapes.

OMG how simply beautiful, it's breathtaking I love the colors in the sky. I think the sunrise and the sunset is the pretty thing for the start and the finish of the the. It's God showing off his artwork
Thanks for sharing

A very enjoyable sky sunset scene posted here. Your composition of just the sky is understandable given that it looks so gorgeous. I think I would take a similar photo given the chance. The image has good exposure and is cheerful. Love those colours, shades and tones. Well done!

hi nikman,
glad you enjoy the sunset colors as it hides behind the cloud.
thank you, glad you get that feeling from it.
I hope you can, as this one was a bit tough being 2 houses from the ocean but have the rest of the island under me.
thank you for viewing and your kind review. :-)

The sky and clouds in this photo are absolutely beautiful! I love the colors and the way they bounce and reflect off the clouds. Even though you can't see the sun, there is still a nice focal point in the bottom left corner with the sharper/brighter orange colors. Very good!

hi edukatemenot,
glad you enjoy them so much.
it was a nice night to catch it, as any lower objects would be in the shot.
I guess I got lucky a the sun hid behind the one cloud.
thank you for your kind insightful review and nice rating.

Hi Sean,
glad you enjoy it as I don't see sky scape in the listing.

Wow there really are some beautiful colors in this sunset. Of course the lighting is good, but the focus and framing are good. I like the simplistic view because then you can see every detail in the clouds and how those deep shadows make the light pop out even more. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful weekend :)

hi csimmons,
thank you, as I do as well as I started with sunsets for peace from being a caregiver for 3 1/2 years doing 3 to 4 times more than the other 4.
as I lost my mom early this year but started a journal 3 1/2 years ago on the med site all paitents as I have been sharing 4 pictures a day for 2 1/2 years so got a better camera.
as it is nice to give others peace viewing them to me is priceless making someone's day as it does.
thank you for your kind feed back as it helps , many Thanks. :-)

ron

I am so sorry to hear about your mom, but doing these beautiful photos are a good way to honor her memory :)

hi, glad you enjoy them so after viewing it.
as it was a nice night but took time off for 1 night as a caregiver and did not walk to the bay as I was 2 houses from the ocean.
glad you enjoy it as I had to crop the bottom getting power lines out of it.
glad you get that from it as it was limited from the small rooftop deck.
thank you for viewing and wishing you a wonderful weekend as well.

ron

No need to sharpen clouds. They should be light and fluffy. Your colors are great. Like the way you put the sun in the lower left corner. Contrast and clarity are also good. Great job.

Hi VINCEFALLERT,
thank you for your insight. as the canon program for the t-5 only has a few things to do but may have more as I explored it more.
but some are for raw only as I have a bunch I collected but stop as I let Picasso go as it had my computer going funny.
thank you it was just the way the roof was as the sun set as just below I had power lines and was happy not to lose it.
thank you for your kind insightful review as I try to learn.

ron

Sun always leaves a beautiful visible memory when ever it's about to set or about to appear. It's another beautiful capture. I will hate to judge it as another photographer, as am not allowed... .. because here the beauty of nature is captured as like as it is. And it's gorgeous. Some moments are meant to make us sad, or let us feel that we should go on and live brightly in the crowd. And it's here, captured with care. Thanks for maintaining the clarity.

I like what you have done with this one Ron. The cropping leaving the dark cloud as a dramatic foreground object nicely contrasts with the pastel colors above. The placement of the sun in the lower left corner adds an element that immediately attracts the eye which then moves on to the right taking in all the feathery wisps of clouds. Really a great shot and worth of a six. Well done Ron ~ Steve
