Very creative. I love the movement of the one and the other just kinda hang where there at. Nice color lighting and use of subject . Background clouds are beautiful

This is a great design. It looks like it belongs inside a children's book. Love the layout of the three puffins with the one flying in for a landing. Nice color and texture in the rocks. the sky looks very realistic. Nice overall good design. Good luck in the contest.

This is pastel has quite an impact as a whole. For me that is due to your diagonal placement of your scene from the upper left to the lower right. And that is rather rudimentary when it comes to the artistry that is displayed.. But that is my first impact.
Your color white is the next... you have let it be just that... pure white. I like that. It has given you more contrast between the blue of the sky and the bellies of the birds. Perhaps that division between the spread wings and the upper and lower sky around the bird might need a bit more subtle blend..one that does not let the bird divide the deep blues from the lighter blues. But that is just my taste.
Your clearly defined lines work for me here. I think that its due to your sense of proportions and location in the frame....The lower bird is definitely closer to the viewer. Well done!!!
Your colors are pure and do not blend together into an unattractive mix. I especially like the little tufts of grass on the rocky ledge. The add a new texture to the scene. The spread wings are very well proportioned! Excellent job in your own particular style that fits your talents! A complete pleasure to view!! Best of luck in the contest!

Great composition with wonderful detail on the birds beaks etc. The large bird gives good impact and acts as a good lead in taking you round the picture.The rocks are excellent one to be proud of.Good luck in the contest.

Love it, absolutely love it. Each puffin is looking different. I love that sky, it feels more real!! And the rocks are all different colors. The puffin in the front has a different beak than the one in the very back, cool!!!!! Everything is so great! Keep doing awesome paintings!!!

I love Puffins! I would be so happy to see them and take thousands of photos. I just had this conversation with my good friend.
These are birds I would love to observe and photograph especially when they eat and catch fish.
You have fine details, colors, textures and movement of the one in flight.
