Linda, I love what you have created here with the low angle and looking up at the trees. It has an abstract feel to the artwork. The leaves have many shades of green and yellow and harmonize well against the pale blue sky. The trunks are all different sizes and are painted well. I almost feel like I'm getting a stiff neck from looking up. This should do well in the contest.

Love all the wonderful colors and textures. And you seem to have fun with your art and that in itself is creative thinking :)

Linda, I LOVE THIS, trees are a favorite subject for photography and I always appreciate the trees in an art work. This has a wonderful initial impact, the upward view of the trees, I like that you have 7 trees in this view, they are in full leaf and placed against the blue sky. I love this perspective , the tree trunks are well created with interesting shapes each one is just a bit different from the other, the leaves fill the frame and I love the colors, in the various green tones. This is beautiful and impressive work. Very well created and presented and it's a pleasure to view! Best to you in the contest!

Excellent choice of subject.
Aptly captured for the contest theme...
An interesting initial impact.
Creative concept. Innovative approach. Imaginative presentation.
Verdant overtone!
Diminishing perspective.
Was this painted from a Photo reference?
