OMG,what a great find and fantastic photo of this magnificent great gray! Excellent focus and eye clarity,just an outstanding image as the snow flies around it. I have only seen these once,and from a long distance off,so I envy you this capture;very well done and many CONGRATS!!!

he does have a surprised look too..lol. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of this wide eye owl in the snow is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. great eye and great job overall.

My favourite bird, and one I've not been brave enough to draw yet! This is a beautiful photo. The owl is looking at you just at the right moment and the snowy surroundings make for a magical setting.
