This looks as if made or a sailor in the Navy or perhaps a Coast Guard. They are always in danger, either from enemies, sharks or storms. They always have to trust.
Your cartoon is expertly drawn. The colors are adequate for the occasion. The cartoon is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

Nice to know there are still some people around willing to keep believing and saying " IN GOD WE TRUST". We are living in a world that wants to cancel out our history, burn our flag and take God out of everything.
