Nice change of pace from all those stunning landscape images. Love the contrast with the dark background. It really makes the yellow center of the flower pop! As always, excellent technical expertise on display.

This is an exquisite flower. I don't think I've ever seen a daisy this red and this beautiful before. I love the yellow center which makes the flower even more attractive. The black background is amazing for this because it really makes the flowers stand out. Outstanding as usual my friend

A very beautiful picture of this deep scarlet Gerber Daisy with it's golden centre facing the light source, glowing out from the dark background. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Gerberas are a year round favourite of mine. They are colourful and last well. This shot shows this one as a beautiful specimen. The colour is gorgeous. The angle and use of light is showing those petals to such an interesting display and it really pops with the dark brown black background.

Thank you very much Brenda! Buy a lot of flowers during the cold dark months, right now we only have about 5 hours of daylight.

Oh dear only 5 hours light. Here in Germany we are having awful dull long dark days but they are daylight...sunrise about 8am, sundown about 3.30pm.
