A good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us an enjoyable view of the swan and its lovely location. Colours, textures and tones are good. Like the reflections. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well done and good luck!

Great nature photography is not always about close up ultra fine detail. Sometimes its about a fine and expertly captured wild life specimen shown in a well framed and focused environment as a background. That's what you have created with this excellent photograph ... Bob

I have not seen any photos from you before, but this is indeed a beautiful scene with a lovely swan. I especially like how nicely the sky is reflected in the shiny water, and also how well the swan is standing out from it.
The photo is sharp, and it is clear and well defined details to be seen both in the swan and the trees on the right. I appreciate the nice and natural colors, and the exposure is spot on.
The format and framing is fine, but the horizon is tilting a bit to the right. If it is possible you should try to straighten the photo. Other wise it is a fine balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo Ray, and with a very good DOF. I wish you luck with the contest.
