Great portrait of your grandchildren. I am a personal fan of portraits because I love the way each individual's character stands out in their own special way. The young man has a serious, but still playful look and the young lady has a beautiful smile. Your picture is gorgeous.

Excellent portrait. I like the vibrant red of their shirts contrasted with the darker background. Very natural expressions - good models! I like the way you positioned them in the frame. Expressions come through loud and clear. Lighting is perfect. Good job.

I don't know, it just seemed distracting from their faces. I'm not sure what kind of background would be better. I don't mean to criticize, 'cause it really is a great shot. I guess I picture something like logs or wood in the background

I went tp ps and did away with the background. Would you take a look at it and see if you like it better. thanks.

I do like it better. I don't know if it's possible, but if you can find a background with logs it might look interesting. I don't know if it's possible to put in a different background. I'm thinking of either a log pile or the side of a log cabin. It just seems like more of a "woodsy" shot than a farm

The place I took these has an old log village. I took a lot of pictures there. It had an old wagon and I used that also. I will let this one stay as is, but I will post some others with the logs later. Thank you for your advise, and review.

Really great looking kids, you should be very proud. The seem like they really like to pose for you. I find the light areas in the background to be distracting and takes your eye away from the natural beauty of the kids. The girl looks a little overexposed and could be darkened a little. the colors are nice and the posing is very good and informal. Lots of nice things like composition and design going on here. Great family photo that will be cherished forever.
