The colors, though natural are creatively excellent. The framing is good since the color is the main focus. Very interesting author notes.

This is certainly different and have seen white ones as well as red but purple, wow! A beautiful shade of purple with the new leaves coming though in the center! Like the above shot to show all the details on the petals. Nice natural colors with great close up framing! Enjoy your unique poinsettia Annie !

Purple poinsettia? Don't believe it! Whatever the plant is it looks rather weird because of its colour. Somehow the leaves are not convincing to me either. Be that as it may its a nice photo, big full composition in a classic style. The shot is sharp and the exposure is good. A fine work, but poinsettia?

It is a poinsettia. How they have managed to make it purple I don't know. At the bottom of the plant the leaves are almost white. Perhaps they have added some coloring to the coil when the leaves were developing. I call it leaves, because it is after all the middle that is the blossom. Anyway, thank you very much for a nice review.

A Puple Poinsetta well I have to say this is also a first for me maybe I'm too much of a tradionalist and I prefer the RED variety
