Nice subject and very nice composition! I like the profile and the colors of your subject. The feathers on the head looks like a helmet used by a cyclist. The black collar is amazing.

now that is up close and personal..lol. kinda like the blue jay is taughting ya..lo. the clarity is good. the angle of the shot is good. the cropping is good. the capture of the light is good. overall good job.

this is the first blue jay i've seen on this site. wow. the memories this brings back. as a child, while playing outside, i would run into the house whenever a blue jay was around. great angle, excellent clarity and the colors are brilliant. lots of detail with this little one. i love it!
