Wow how about this!

Terrific piece of computer art, just love the abstract design and feel.

I looks just like an explosion of springs.

Love how they are coming out at you this gives it depth and movement.

Very clever and very original piece of art.

I really do like the colours. At first glance from the thumbnail I thought this was a photograph.

Lovely vibrant colours.

This is an awesome photo especially for digital art it's complicated . It's very creative you have a creative mind. I love the coloring and the design that you chose. Great job on making it look 3-D. It looks like it's coming out at you very Well Done.

Thank you ever so much, Heidi, but could you please tell me what adjustments you felt this needed. All your comments are wonderful with no suggestions for corrections mentioned regarding the 4.5 rating. I truly thank you for the beautiful comments. :)shawn

This is an interesting composition! Imaginatively done. The 'springs' do look like plants and seem to jump out of my screen! Fine composition, soft colours and very good light makes this first rate.

Thank you ever so much, dear friend. I have more fun doing these than regular painting, much more relaxing. Again, thank you, Seshadri. :)shawn

THIS IS VERY INTERESTING ABSTRACT. LOOKS LIKE A BUNCH OF SPRINGS JUMPING UP AT THE SAME TIME IN ALL DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS. VERY CREATIVE AND INTERESTING.

Boing is one of the most interesting pieces I have seen yet. I wish I could give you a six but I don't have any left. I truly love the colouring and the movement and how these prings can be seen in such detail. Lovely piece.

Thank you ever so much for the beautiful review and the thought on the six, GCA. I realize that not many have sixes left this late in the week. :) This one I did mostly for fun, and I loved the way it came out, so thought I would post it anyway. It's very relaxing and fun to do these kinds of works. Again, thank you so much. :)shawn

LOL! THat's what I thought it was! Cool abstract! Perfectly arranged and colored to look like plant leaves. What does PSP call these shapes that you paint with?

Hi Phyllis. I think you're probably talking about picture tubes, but this one I created myself, no tubes. The filter used was to get the springs into a cool shape. I mis-spoke when I mentioned 2 filters--it was actually the same filter ran twice. I love how it came out, looks so crisp and clean. Thank you so much for the excellent review. 99% of any tubes I use, I created myself. The ones that come with the programs always look so cartoonish. Again, thank you!! :)shawn

Oh, I get it now. It's like the 'hoses' in Painter. You can use theirs or create your own. I will have to try that sometime. Looks like fun!

Now I just learned something new. I didn't know you could do that in Painter. I'll have to check it out. I also have to figure out how to do my own brush tips in Elements. Haven't had a chance to look into that yet. I'm sure there's a tut somewhere. :)
