A very romantic landscape scene with this single swan and his reflection in the waters - beautiful composition, very nice color choice, great arrangement in your frame - a lovely place with this walk way along the river - your detail work is perfect, it seems the grass is just there, the tree is real and the water is running - your material is well used and the combination of oil and water is just fantastic in effects - super job, all the best for the contest

What a pretty scene and this could be the canal that runs outside my front door. In fact, it looks identifical, even down to the swan swimming along in the water. I like the composition a great deal and also your colours, which are limited to mainly blues and greens, but there are so many different tones in this picture. Very pretty and very well executed. Good Luck in the contest.

Well, this certainly has to be the feel good art work of the week. I like the natural colors you worked this with and the stunning detail that follows. The swan, swimming with it little water trails it well respected and highly visual, very nicely put together,.

I like the names over there. seems so proper and ancient.
Wonder what Essex means. It as sex in it. lol
though the pretty swan doesn't care he has his water and his blue sky and the rains. green grass for food and funn. so who cares the name.

I like the muted colors in this. The river gives a good lead in taking you through the picture. The swan gives a point of interest and the sky reflecting in the water all adds up to a good piece of artwork.
