I don't know much about tone mapping. I really like the line of the beams stretching into the photo and the rhythm and symmetry of the decorative cross pieces.

Willie, I like this photograph very much. It has a beautiful composition and the tone of it is spectacular. Fantastic detail and exceptional lighting show very nice texture in the stone and wood. You won't have a problem selling these.

I do not use the effect you used so I can only comment that it looks wonderful to me. Super sharp and clear with great color and lighting. My favorite part of the shot is the composition. Superb angle choice and great DOF. I love how the trees peak through the columns that show a good eye for composing a shot. Very well done.

Willie, sorry for the five rating, It deserves higher, I am all out. I do not understand exactly what Photomatrix or tone mapping is? But I can say you have a Great photo. The sky, water, railing, wood on the overhead and rooftop are right on for color. The overall Beige of the stone work looks a bit light or slightly over exposed. The overall scene and extreme fine details certainly will make a beautiful postcard. Great work as usual Willie. Good luck. Royal
