THIS IS SIMPLY ADORABLE. YOU HAVE TWO SUBJECTS IN ONE. LOVE THE FOLDS YOU CREATED IN THE BLANKET AND THE REALISM IN THE WOMAN'S HAND. YOU SURE HAVE A TALENT BRINGING OUT THOSE LITTLE THINGS THAT CREATE REALISM. I WOULD SWEAR THAT WAS A REAL HAND.

Someone told me that her hand needed work. I am so glad that you like it. Thank you Bob.

Quite lovely! I just viewed a different mother and child piece that was horrible in my opinion. This one is tender and loving. The resemblance between the two individuals is remarkable. I love the effort and detail that has obviously gone into this work. Thanks for sharing.

I do not understand the meaning of mechanical pencil and blending pump but I do like is the fine detail in the drawing nice proportion and well framed. I could look at it again and again.

Another completely captivating work, full of emotion and love. What strikes me strongly, with these themed works, is that you have managed to find that perfect balance between the divine and the ordinary. The subjects have an overwhelming human quality while simultaneously having an aura of the divine. Amazing rendering and a very successful work on every level. Thanks

Wow, Linda.. I love, love LOVE this Art Piece.. of course, anything about our Savior:) It's a gorgeous rendition of Jesus' birth! The details, as always with your Art, Linda is perfect as is the framing:) It's something to ask ourselves BUT I don't think any of us would be able to comprehend just "what, she would be thinking. Thank you, my sweet friend for sharing.. this one's close to my heart;)-Cindy

"Your Son that you deliver, will SAVE our sons and daughters."
My favorite song. I like the expressive eyes and the smiling baby Jesus, and Mary's sober facial expression. Very defined details especially those wrinkles in the blankie and the robe of Mary. Drawn with highest degree of expertise. A-plus on substance and content.
