Linda, I'm running out of superlatives to describe your art. This is another great pencil rendition. You have captured the little girl's wonder of life. This is certainly another greater rendition from your pencil. Well done.

Wow, those eyes draw me in and will not let go. She is a very beautiful girl and you captured her perfectly. You continue to impress. Outstanding details, which are very sharp. Love the shading and how it makes her pop. But those eyes... I need help getting out. Good luck on the contest and much thanks for sharing,

Hi Linda,

Your art never ceases to amaze me and this one is a great sight for my dewy eyes this morning. I like the faded edge effect which gives the impression of a mirror and adds to its depth. Good luck in the contest and thanks for sharing. R

Hi Linda! I've been a little tied up with other responsibilities and consequently have had little time for FAR... I've been back for about a week (then my schedule will get crazy again). Any way, I came across this pencil "Masterpiece" this evening and just wanted to check in. Again you demonstrate your skill and knowledge in the fine art of ART. Your details (as with all your work), blows me away. The precision in the lace on the dress, the depth and separation of the hair, the shadows and highlights; everything is as expected just extraordinary here. Beautiful work. Kathy

Hi Linda!
Here's another really good looking drawing,my friend!
I realize that you were going for 'innocence'( presumably human 'innocence' ) with the picture ( and I guess it works well at expressing that quality if that's what a viewer is looking for) but ... you know me!
I like looking at things in a different way! It's just my nature! ( It's a big part of my Charm,I've been told! : D )
So I'm really enjoying what I feel to be the fascinating 'Alien' ( as in Compellingly
Mysterious ) vibration that the girl in the drawing gives off!
Her glaring little eyes have a pleasing ( to me! ) 'Other-Than-Human' look about them and they seem to express a care-worn and jaded attitude that could easily belong to a person decades older than she appears to be!
She radiates an interestingly eerie look! ( It could even be considered a Dangerous look! ) This could easily be a portrait of a Changeling or a juvenile Arch Fey!
Okay! I'm probably 'putting too fine of a point on it' with my rambling and increasingly arcane sounding comments,Linda! : )
It's a great drawing,my friend!
'Good Show'!
~Sean

Wow Sean, you definitely see things a bit differently than I do. As you say, "It's a big part of your charm." She has an 'other than human' look? You amaze me. Thank you for this fascinating review.
