Mark, this is my favorite of yours so far. I'm giving it a 6 because of it's initial great impact it has on me. It is colorful and creative. I like the character that you have given this sly dog. The piano off to the side gives the bar atmosphere. Love the details in the face and the hat. This should do very well in the pet art contest. I love it! Clapping and Cheering back at you. Whhhooooo!

Hi Mark thanks for sharing this comic scene of the ever so handsome hound in his blue hat. love it. What a classic presentation and perfectly suits the title. Love the expression on the dog's face. His eyes gently looking out from beneath his classy hat with a real look of indignation on his delightful face. The setting aroud him with the pure white table cloths all boasting their lovely red candle stick holders is a nice contrast to the brown background. Their sterile appearance adds to the feel of the scene. Love the inclusion of the piano on the right. Tells the story well .. The liquor up on the wall ,neatly presented in their yellow stands adds to the uniformity of the picture and creates a nice balance to the scene. The dog's coat in bright yellow, compliments that splash of yellow on the walls. And of course his red tie, blends well with the candle settings on the table. The picture has a feel good emotion and makes me want to smile. thanks for the ride Mark. a true joy to review. best of luck in the contest. cheers mel

OK, this dog is adorable, he looks so real....minus the close anyway.
You captured the look of his shiny fur really well. That blue fedora is awesome.
Now those bottles on the wall actually look like makers. Intentional? Good piano.
Nice piece, thanks for sharing.
