A nice sharp photo of this little bird. The brightness of the blue against the subdued green background makes this a great shot - good for bird ID. Good luck in the contest.

Indigo is showing great interest in you. The face axpression looks like he is standing with hands behind the back saying What are you up to. Indigo has a lovely blue color captured in good detail. Well presented Thanks for sharing

I often go right past animal shots, but this one really stands out. The color and sharpness are great, of course, but what struck me was the attitude of this bird. The cocked stance and dead on stare give it tremendous comic character.

This bird kind of reminds me of that big blue bird on the muppets. Can't think of his name though. Anyway, I really like the angle and composition. The birds vibrant blue feathers really help bring this image to life. Very nice.
