Willie, Ok you copy cat (grin)..I have posted about 3 macro close up dragonfly pics myself..I always enjoy nature, wildlife(including insects). I usually try to capture mine alone emphasizing just the insect itself, but I really like the way you got this guy on the leaf..makes for a pleasing pic to look at..thanks for sharing and God Bless

Wow- what an interesting creature! Talk about camouflage! Excellent clarity of focus on him. He looks like he has ear muffs on, and that little eye is amazing- the original beady eye. I've never seen a dragonfly like this one- really transparent wings and such a bright green torso. Great capture. Did you get a butterfly as well?

Amazing shot of this dragonfly! A PERFECT entry for this contest!! Excellent focus, great color, although a contrast would have been great too, but for this contest- it is super!! Amazing detail and a superb macro shot- you must have an excellent camera- great job!

Excellent piece of work Willie, unfortunately I ran out of sixes. Your focus could not be any better and I love the crisp details. Your crop keeps the main elements in view without going overboard. A very well composed image.
