well lite shot this one,almost a tad to bright in this,but its a good capture of this famous landmark[if only them inside was as bright as this]ha,ha,was thinking maybe would have been better in a panoramic shot by cropping the bottom,but then you would have cropped the big ben reflection...brian

WOW great shot of the Houses of Parliament. Love the colours, especially in the sky and water. Building looks fantastic when all alight. I like the placement of the structure within the frame and also the perspective. I also like the fact that parts of the building are in darkness which gives atmosphere to the scene. Great shot.

Because the houses of parliament is such a huge building it is always difficult to photograph well, and even more difficult after the sun goes down. The main body of the building is beautifully in focus, but Big Ben the clock tower is a little soft. I think the answer is maybe a 2 second exposure on a tripod. Nice colors and still a lovely shot.
