What a stunning shot of this mocking bird. I absolutely love the twisting lines of it's perch contrasted beautifully with the blurred background. The color harmony here is fantastic. All that and I haven't even gotten to the bird yet. The great detail and lighting. Outstanding!

Thank you so very much! I did not change the colors. He is sitting on a trellis for a clematis vine. It is old vines.

If it does not sing do I get a diamond ring??! Fab pose of the bird and love the smooth background. Saw my first mocking bird when Chickadee was here at the beach! I was teaching my brother how to shoot and he took some fab shots. Will see if I can get Chickie to post one.

Yes certainly do. As i grew up I thought a mockingbird was a name of a place. You have a beautiful beautiful photo that is so clean. i can just about fluff every feather. thanking you so much for sharing. I wish I had a 6 so will give you one of my 10's
