This is a tremendous shot of this male cardinal. Focus is out of sight beautiful spot on perfect. The colors and the detail in the feathers and markings are gorgeous. Excellent capture of his beak and eye, both of which have a shine from the sun in this terrifically illuminated shot. Great framing, and good background.

Startling details on the brilliant feathers with the wonderful angle of his head giving it a unique look against the green of the b.g. Excellent lighting and perfect "macro" close up of the living breathing cardinal! Stunning image!
