The drawing is another high quality work which has obviously taken a lot of time and patience. The foal is adorable. He looks so cute snuggling up to his mother.
Beautiful work.

M.Celeste,
Yes, I like the technique, and the results in created in this drawing.
The challenge was the fore-shorting and the cross over look of the legs on this was a little bit of a challenge, in getting the composition the way I wanted. I like the colors and the earth tone with the blues, the combination add depth and perspective to me.
But I liked the results.

that is really good I think I like the bison the best but the colt is really cute and your dots are very well placed for shading and light.

Stunning artwork. Love the pointillism technique - it gives it a beautiful natural 3D affect. Great colours. Love the expression on the foal. Thanks for sharing.

Artistic angle, I like the way you've drawn the face and showing the expression of the eyes of the colt, seeking refuge and protection, from Mom. This is such a warm scene, so relaxing . Artist Notes is informative.

Initial impact okay.
The animal seems to be out of proportion.
Lights and shadows a bit off.
Also very grainy.
Sorry.

Very nice drawing which captures a very tender moment. The drawing is well framed using earth tone colors set against a white background. Again, excellent work.

I like the colors of this. I like the babies head, drawn well. I appreciate the pointillism method. Hard work. But somehow the legs are mixed up. I'm sorry I can't see it right. It still has a nice composition.
