autumn is alive and well in this beautiful painting ... love the muted earthy colors of the far band and sky complimented by the deeper greens on the foreground ... then the impressionistic waters bringing together both banks .. well done

I love the warmth and light air. so gorgeous a work. the pretty water is great. what kind of trees are these? it is still hot here. in the mid nineties. but autumn is trying to take a hold on us.

I love the style itself and general compodition of the picture.
It's nice both from distance and at closer look.
Colors are bright, but already touched with yellow what shows that fall is coming.

A very pretty scene which is beautifully painted. The composition looks like the canal which runs outside my front door. I see this kind of view daily. Like your perspective with the river taking the eye into the distance. Lots of greenery with some trees and shrubs now showing autumn tones. All reflected on the river.

A very nice image the way the light as been captured on the water really make the foreground stand out . The river and the tree line lead the eye all the way to the background. Good textures and enough detail to keep the viewer busy

Suzanne, this is a very peaceful and serene autumn painting. Great fall composition with some early color. It's happening here also. Time to get the sweater out for my tiny Yorkie.
