Lovely wild iris Anne. This is one of my favorite flowers and grows wild in the woods near our home and on the bluffs of the ocean, which quite surprises me. I love everything about this piece except for the slight blue hue in the background. For me at least, I find it detracts slightly for the beauty of the iris against green :)

Beautiful as always. Love the colors and the detail of the flower. I like how you have it arranged with one flower in the lower half with two buds to help high light the main subject. love the simple background. which helps the iris to stand out. I love your post production work and thanks for sharing.
