Interesting color definitions

Not understanding the top jacket same color as sky
only doubled of stroke.
(my eyes at first look tells me it hides the figure)

Interesting reflection on helmet.

If I may add also dear friend
that as I look at the full figure, the left boot has the
toes positioned the same as
the other foot.
I would think the natural
comfort of stance would be
that the left foot would be
following that downward shadow
but a bit straighter pointing
down in the snow. The heal planted upward, toes down.
.
This would 'Anchor the weight
of the body so the other leg
can rest comfortable.
.
Question:
Is that a specific mountain of experiance that this art tells?

i think between title and the artist notes would answer your question. im not seeing things with my glasses, maybe i should be looking thru yours. Realistic detail in the clothing and boots. Blue from jacket is set apart from sky. However there is an over abundance of blue and it just kind of seems muddled rather than vibrant and popping with life.

hmmm,,,the sky is blue at the top a mountain isnt it? as well several shades of blue depends on time of day. oh well at least i tried right?..lol i do appreciate you taking the time in giving me this reveiw...wink
