Oh my gosh, what an EXCELLENT capture. I can imagine how difficult that was to click right at the right moment. I have a cat too and she will not look at you when you want her too.
Those eyes are amazing, they remind me of a precious stone with a bit of opal in them. CONGRATS, this is just BRILLIANT !

This is beautiful, more that beautiful, almost incredible. The eyes seem sapphires shining in the darkness of the fur. I love the the image filling the frame, nice composition and presentation. Well done.

I think I would have paid to watch you get this shot! LOL! The color of the eyes is amazing, and the angle of your shot is different and makes us feel as if we are mice. I do find the mouth to be a wee bit soft as opposed to the rest of the shot..but not overtly so. Donkeyoatey

Yes I agree the eyes are amazing. I love the close up you managed to get and she seems to almost be teasing you as you crawl around on the floor. :) Nice clear focus on the face and eyes. Very nice photo. Good luck in the contest.

Certainly the patience paid off and you managed to capture the eyes and facial features of this spectacular feline. I like the sharpness of the focus and the terrific detail in the eyes. The lighting is good as is the framing and balance of the composition. Thanks for sharing

Close up shot shows such detail, not only in the eyes but in the cats coat too. A very attractive cat which looks like one of my neighbours cats. She has 9 so a good job we live in the countryside!
