Very interesting expression. I like this work because it is different. Great use of light, color and shadow. Tell a story to support the why and how you took this picture. Love that expression.You have caught it well.
The image has good detail in the hair and the skin tones are just right.One minor neg.I think you have cropped it to tight for my taste and I would have liked to have seen the top of his head. Mitch

Oh Willie what another great shot, fab focus so crisp and sharp, light perfectly illuminating that rather cheeky wee face. Love the facial expressions here and the wide eyes, so quizzical. Reminds me of the milky bar kid.

The expressions here are indeed great. The "looks like a neck brace" background is not. Just blacken it out and you will have a startlingly good photo.
