Great portrait picture of a girl that's beautiful right now! Great central composition. Love the detail your exposure and focus have provided. The colour of the beak is tremendous. Can't really believe she will look better in a few weeks time! Great work!!

Thank you so very much! This is an adult femail cardinal they will molt and grow new feathers! I posted a young male that was still growing his adult fethers!

Two words: exquisite detail. That is something special, I never see work like that!
Great contrast, she really stands out against that background. She looks a little washed out from the flash, but not terribly. Can't wait to see what else you catch over the coming weeks. It's your time to shine!
