Such a vibrant color. Bring a lot of attention to the subject. And the blending of the color add it goes back it nice.

This is just stunning. I love how the warm colors of fall are offset by the cool color of the heron. Wonderful detail in the heron and log and composition works nicely.

Pretty background, love the orange. I love herons too. This is a pretty one I've never seen before. Nice colors. The log sticking up reminds me of an alligator. But then our friend wouldn't be standing there. :)

Really love the autumn coloring in the background in the water, the fiery coloring just reflected..Is gorgeous! Great detail and texture of the heron, love the intent look on his face and the coloring of his feathers is really pretty against the red of the water...
Good stump reflection too.
Like the centering of your subject, and the camera technique was spot on.
