This is a nice close-up of this beautiful bird. Great focus on his face. I would have liked to see a little more focus all the way down, but realize how that can be difficult. I like the blurred background. I would have liked the face brightened just a tad so that we could see it better. And, I would have liked to see him further to the left so as to give the appearance that he was looking into the frame rather than out of it.

It is a beautiful shot !! I love the colors of the birds..the black..white and red..the green in background really goes with the pictire..i like the focus on bird only..the light balance is also perfect..

Wonderful capture to see the beak and eye so clear.His colors are beautiful with the red standing out adding interest.The feathers to his head look full and fluffy for a different looking bird.Good capture and composition to see a different type of bird.Enjoyed.Thank you.

What a great specimen indeed, close up we get to see all those natural vibrant colors of our friend only to be contrast by the darkness of his head. Nice tight frame and super out of focus background make this a gem.
