I like this shot a lot. I, also, often add color to b/w photos with some success. The contrast of the flowers with the rest of the image is stark. The only thing I can suggest is the women could use more light.

Like the spot color, but I feel the black in this photo is too strong, the women's hair is harder to see and it makes their skin look too dark. May want to try lightening it up a bit.

Really like the selective colors for the flowers and the rest of the photo in Black & White. Nice effect! The four women also have coordinated smiles although the one at the right looks a little forced. The second to the right has the relaxed happy to be look most strive for. Really nice shot.
