Lovely art piece. I was drawn to her eyes. So delicate, so soft just beautiful. Your strokes magnify detail, shading and expressions. This is an outstanding piece. Very nicely done.

    Dear Mystikaz
I have viewed your graphite, and you are amazingly good. Isn't it fun to work in this media. I have found such passion in the details achieved with a pencil,
Thank you for your wonderful review.

Great composition pencil drawing showing it?s definite depth. The lack of color serves to augment the whole beauty of the drawing. There are also many good story telling features with this composition. Good work.

Your pencil work is great. The detail in the face and on the hands is amazing. Beautiful job. The wood floors are so realistic. It is like looking at a black and white photo. Beautiful job.

Excellent use of graphite, pencil medium. Marvelous detail in your approach to eyes, hands, hair in light, shadow. Believe there is a radiance about her that transcends the physical and as you say heartfelt. More over feel it is the bases for lasting relationships in gentle passion in repose. Well done lindamason: Thanks for sharing.

    Bunkie,
This is the sixth anniversary of my daughters death, and her nickname when she was little was, "Bunkie." Your review means alot to me, and I thank you. I wanted this drawing to radiant life. I didn't want it to be just a pencil drawing, but a drawing from the soul. My wound is open, and the passion is oozing out. Thank you for your wonderul review.

Wrote poem, Spread Prairie Wind many years ago, hope some meaning you may find and to all that read. If sounds harsh believe we are all a brief perch and that's a good thing.

Spread prairie winds through blades of grass in waves in wind furrows to and fro.
    Spread prairie wind.
Howl around through prairie dog, dog town holes.
Spread prairie winds cross alkali flats where lay shivering fawn in blades of grass.

Fire flies by knight, dragon flies by day dart and search.
Redwing blackbird sways to and fro on willows wind.
Spread prairie wind by waggon trail ruts.
Howls around through pile heavy rocks.
Cross marker marked like shivering fawn over twists to and fro.

Canvas flap, reins slap, waggon wheels creek and crack.
    Spread prairie winds wagons pass.
Blows only lonely into soul on wind carry redwing chirp.

Spread prairie wind over flicker tail flick.
    Trail ends where whippoorwill sings.
Dragon flies by day, fire flies by night.
    Trails end in brief perch.

Spread prairie wind through the souls of two children, creativeness shared, bonding made. Thank you for sharing your writing with me. I was making a film in my mind's eye of the picture you were painting with your words. Quite remarkable. You have a wonderful talent. Writing and composing are more difficult that fine art.
    Lots of love and respect,
    Linda

I wish I had a six to give you. This is an outstanding drawing, wonderful toning and blending. Excellent detail and composition. Beautifully presented with a great romantic and tragic feel. Her gorgeous porcelain appearance and the stillness of expression makes me feel as though she is dead. It is a very haunting picture.

    Lordes,
Such a fantastic name. A name rich with tradition, and meaning. Passion must rest in your bossom. You are not an artist, by chance, but by choice, a choice of God. I thank you for your wonderful review, and for taking the time to really comment on the work. This one piece took quite a while, and I wanted it to be compelling. I wanted to stir the emotions of the ones who would be viewing it.

Hello Linda, Most excellent drawing you have here, truly stunning and breathtaking. Words are not enough. I also admire the detail in the wooden floor also but just one thing, how coud she look so lovely and lusciously relaxed on a hard wooden floor ;-))

    Dearest Friend, Ben,
You are reviewing, once again, one of my works, and as always, you have the positive, uplifting comments, that help to further the efforts to produce even greater works. The next one will be better. This one already feels old, and not good enough. I have to begin again, and create something that will really make people sit up and take notice. Thank you for your wonderful review, and for allowing me the liberty of sharing my oddness with you.

Wish I had a 6 for this drawing!! It is stunning and just oozes with emotion and desire. Something that most of us strive for in our work. Whew. This is so well done it almost looks like a photo! Her face is very love and what a great job with the eyes. She's looking straight into the eyes of her lover and expressing in them her desire. Also with her hand over her chest it's like expressing how he has touched her heart and also the feeling of leaving her breathless and desire. Same with the other hand. Love the flower band in her hair and a lovely job with her long hair. The floor is great. Whew...I'd give anything to draw like this!!!! lol Love the bit of shadow under her chin. Just a fantastic drawing! Really enjoyed this drawing. Sigh...we aren't dead yet. Life without desire...kind of bland. lol Great job, Linda! Annie

Dearest Heartfelt Annie, and heart filled friend,
I am so glad that you took the time to review my work, and that you like it so much. I read reviews of other works, and I am glad that we have such a wonderful group of supporters. Artists are sensitive beings, with easily bruised egos. Let us all stand together and float on each others energy. God richly bless you Heartfelt,

Linda, that was so lovely what you wrote and I appreciate that. Yes, think we should all stand together and support each other. I just never realized you did pencil work. Am used to seeing your paintings. This piece just blew me away!!! It tells me that you have great emotions and can express them through your work! It was truly one of the best pieces of emotional expressiveness I've seen on here! For me anyway. I hope this painting is hanging proudly in someone's home and not in a closet tucked away. Bedroom for sure! lol lol This piece showed me another side to your work and just thought it was fabulous! Keep them coming! lol Annie

    Annie,
I only do pencil. I drew this one for my daughter, Alyssa, and I am going to give her the original. She is my precious jewel, and I could not live without her. She is my biggest fan, so, hence, I want her to have my heart, soul and life. Thank you Annie for your words of encouragement. Bless you,
    Linda
