I think this is one of your best: full of character and love of the blues, as well as marvelous color in the old showman's costume.

I fell in love with the blues shortly after migrating from England in my 20s, first to California for grad school and later to Canada, where my father had settled with his second wife. In England I had been an Eric Clapton fan, and I soon realized how profoundly that great rock guitarist had been influenced by BB King and the other old blues masters.

Your picture brings it all back!

he owns a club here in memphis right on Beale street and always gets the best artist in his club..but when he does show up for a few numbers its like standing room only..just south of me he also sponsers the mississippi blues festival in greenville, ms, also Billy Gibson(ZZTop) who also lives in memphis now, and BB started the blues museum in clarksdale,ms...you get down to the midsouth..check them out..you would be like a kid in a candy store..wink. thanks for the excellent review and glad to bring back the blues to ya.
