Ah, dear fellow artist,
I drew this without a clue as to how I would achieve what I wanted to share with my fellow artists. All you see here was attained through prayer, and the belief, that God would show me the way. The floor was something that I felt would be too difficult to draw. I had to trust in the Lord, and He showed me how. I am blessed, and ever so grateful. Thank you for your wonderful insights.

The dark/light contrast is beyond words, this must have taken forever to complete. her face is angelic...its a sin to call this a pencil drawing. This has an almost sad look to it. I love the way you protrayed a softness and fragility. The detail in this shows how you become attached to your work and you put all of your emtions into it. I really like the lighting in this and the detail of the wood grain. This is a great piece of art and it really has a powerful message to the viewer. thank you for the show.
