Excellent! This is a beautiful drawing, is this a seahorse? I really like your color choice on this. The background colors are great. Your proportions are very good. Great job. Thank you so much for sharing this.

I just love this little sea horse, the colours and texture are so good and alive. They are a marvel all by themselves. I like how you lit this piece, bright and clear to see. This is a wonderful piece of art, so glad that I saw this. H.

THIS IS A VERY PRETTY PC OF WORK, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE OTHERS, HOWEVER THE SEAHORSE LOOKS RATHER FAT AND SQUASHED , I DO LOVE THE COLORS, THANX

    mandalula,

this is a pygmy seahorse and they are no bigger then the size of your thumbnail when full grown.

I really like this piece, its colour scheme is very calming, the the colours used work excellently together. Clever use of the colour pencils too, at first I thought this might be a water colour painting on the thumbnail. Nice choice of subject too, something a little different, and very nicely done. Thanks for sharing.

This is awesome the way you have done it. I like the colors and the textures in them. The sea horse and the color you used to do him are excellent. The detail in his face is great. The way the colors blend together is excellent. Just a beautiful and creative work of art. Happy New Year Lucien.

    jesuel,
no water used in the creation of this image. I do like working very light and the laying one color over one another, but starting light is very important in this type of work as well as in my pencil drawings.

    Suz,
a minimum of 30 minutes a day just sketching, playing, learning the tools and then time to do the actual pieces is what ever it takes.
