I think it was the face that won me over on this one. I have a cat with that same face and coloring. I enjoy this work because it has a lot of meaning to me. Great job. Thank you for sharing.

His face is very much like my cat who is burmese. But to be honest they are not generally very big cats. At first I thought this was a photograph. Very clever well done.

I bet he has a lot of attitude then quite a combination. My burmese cats have always been very vocal I wonder if he has retained that trait.

How lucky is Doyle.
This is an excellent painting and I just love the color range you have chosen seems to fit Doyle to perfection.
The eyes are so life like you can almost see him asking for somthing.
I also love the way you have taken up so much of the picture with him.
