Good job! It looks almost like a watercolor. I really enjoy working in Paint occassionally myself. Good color, balance, shading, subject matter and depth.

Nice bright color of red. Great shadowing to show the folds of the material. I like the bright green background, too. Just a real cute rendition of Santa's hat.
