Great 'oils' here and you have captured the movement of the waves beautifully here...the colors are most striking striking here contrasting blues of the sky and the sea...I painting I would be proud to own !...Cheers

A wonderful tribute to Polly that encapsulates her friendly character perfectly with the receding tide crashing onto the beach leaving rivulets in it's wake. The island on the horizon adding interest & mystery. Created with skill beautiful choice, blending & application of the paint using skillful brushwork. Thanks for sharing this picture with us.

I really like the movement of water moving across the sand underneath this dog on the beach. Beautiful graduations of color in the water, sky and sands. Love the lit accentuations.

I like this very much, with the lavenders and the blue tones. Would advise you against placing the subject too close to the edge to allow room for matting and framing.

Great title, absolutely stunning composition. Good artist's notes and story. Love the colors in this one and the lighting seems perfect. Great technique; you can even see that the dog is wet. Overall impression was that this was exceptional.

What a sensation is created here! The tide rushing in and out and a wet dog playing in the shallow water should create a positive response, but here it is quite extraordinary. The way you have depicted the shallow rivulets in the sand, the colors of the water, sand and ocean, and the dog looking oh so real, just captures your heart. This is truly a captivating and most beautiful painting. I love it.

I really like this painting. I like the purple in the sand I think it really sets the piece off nicely, your dog looks right at home. All your water, waves are so nicely done. If I had a five and a half I would give it to you. Like this a lot.
