While I think some of your other works are better... (as I go through your album) -- this, on its own would be five-star-worthy! I especially like the mane tumbling forward over the eyes... they are wispy leading lines.

It's a great try on this horse head.. the only thing is that the horse's that I've seen have pupils that are slanted, like a big minus sign. I have one in my profile.. it's just the pupil if your want to see;) Other than that you did a really good job:) Thank you for sharing it!

The eyes are definitely in the focus. You did really good job. there are a lof of greenery in it and I am not quite sure it it is what she is seeing or dreaming. For a sake of story, I like to believe it come from his dream. Thank you for sharing.

WOw a handsome work and as I grew up with these beauties I know very well their deep feelings - you did an awesome job on this portrait as well as on the eye as the most important subject in this image for the title you gave it - the day dreaming exists in horses as they are very connected to their riders and when these change they get also sad and might even die like it was in one case of mine - this eye expression is just amazing, you brought this deepness out that touches the heart right away - the green grass is wonderful he might dream of green land and freedom to go where he wants - or thinking at younger days LOL, what is perfection? It has never all to be perfect as in imperfection lies so much message that often jumps over in a much more natural way, and this one is wonderful

Suzanne it's obvious you're captivated by the horse's eyes. The detail and colour here is very well done. I personally would have used even more black and less white around the eyes to allow for the green to really pop, but as far as capturing your subject matter - excellent job. Great colour in the fur, nice texture. Love the close up vantage point.

This is a very lovely image. There is a. There is an innocence to it. The eyes draw me in immediately. Especially, the one on the right. Beautiful work. Thank you for sharing.

You have captured the soul of this one with its too large eye and the lovely shadows you created inside makes you look right in and wonderful soul horses have! A nice rendition Suzanne and a wonderful work of art! Best of luck in the contest!
