This is very nice, Cleo. I like that you chose an angle that many do not choose. The B&W presentation allows for more of the finer details to emerge. Lovely shadows. Nice job.

Thank you so much, I made a color and a black and white picture. I like both but in the color version the beauty of the color [deep orange and green] is overpowering everything else.

What an excellent angle with good lighting! Your focus is good and the black and white combo works nicely. It is a very original type of shot and presents well.

This is an excellent photograph. I especially like that you took the shot from the back of the flower giving the viewer a completely different prospective. Very nice work and great entry for the contest. As always, I wish you all the best.

Thank you so very much. The flower was lighted by a sun ray through the trees what made her almost transparent.

This is a lovely picture of a back lighted lily. It is interesting because it is an unusual lighting. It shows creativity on your part. I like the details in the petals and the translucence the backlighting gives.

I know Trev. It is short on top but I tought I could go through wit it. I took it with the DLC-H2 were the LCD is very small, So I allways shoot a little blind with it [can't see the view finder]. Usually I'm pretty good with the feel what I have on the picture but here I wasn't. All picture were a little short on one or the other side. But it was to late when I had them on the computer. The light was gone.
