Great shot. The angle allows nice close up on this frog. Lighting is good and love the great color on this guy's face. The big bubble is effective too, he must have just jumped or moved. Very nice all around. Peace.

Maybe they just like the water better..there is probly more algae in the little pool too. Lucky for you, to be able to get good shots like this. I like frogs and this one is a cutie. I wonderful capture, good color, good light I like the dark background, and this is framd well. Excellent entry, good luck in the contest.

Initial impact is good. Also like the big bubble. Colors are realistically presented as well. The image is a bit soft in the focus throughout and the flash is a bit strong creating an over exposed area under his chin. Ideally, would like to have include both of his front feet as well.

There is something about giving him a kiss. Maybe your brother is destined to become a prince or something. I wonder if these frogs have either moved from the big pond because of over crowding or that your brother has put his pond on a frequently used track. Whichever he is honoured and destined to have some interrupted nights sleep. Nice picture too.

Great photo of a very fun subject. Perhaps this bull frog just wanted a little alone time or maybe a larger body of water holds too many other dangers. This is a very impressive frog and the phot is done very well. Joan

Great shot...high initial impact for me..love the colour harmony,light and highlight at centre focus and the overall shimmer...the bubbles give this breath and so life, a living piece..great composition and framing of subject, excellent focus and attention grabbing..all the best

Nice capture, with the exceptionally nice capture of the bubbles next to his skin. I wish the focus was a tad sharper. The background is a tad grainy, as well. But I do like the distortion caused by the water on the submerged part of the frog. Thank-you, also for your notes.
