I am not sure that I like the black and white treatment as a personal choice for this.
A little too much with the apple and the wineglass, they don't seem to be part of the story.
Technically excellent.

This is a wonderful still life.
I love the composition and the contrast. The black and white choice of color you have selected is perfect. Thank you for sharing.

Black and White?... Now that is different I though you slipped in a photo just to fool us!.. Good still life is a very interesting subject for me.. I have so much trouble trying to "arrange" a photo that seems to be good.. You have created that feeling and I get to learn more about my photography from your attention to digital detail. The vertical blinds with the shadows are especially interesting..Another success Shawn and the only thing I might have added is some wine in the glass?...D.

There is wine in the glass :) It's a dark burgandy wine. If you look real close you can see how full it is. LOL. Really, it's there, I didn't drink it. :)) Although, I could probably use some right now. I've done a couple b&w's lately, but I think you were on vacation at the time. Thank you so much for the beautiful review, Dennis :) I truly appreciate it :) Shawn

This is wonderful piece of digital art, love these tiger lillies, and how you have arranged everything, shadow under vase/pot would have given more realistic look. Overall lovely!

Great image and mastery of the software you use. I can see why you are ranked so highly! The image itself works well in B&W and almost has the felling of being a solver etching, especially the flowers which look very delicate. Nice work!
