Really nice lighting..I like the background and the yellow and greens that really sets this off..Technically it is very good and the trees make a very interesting frame...Nice job, Willie

Great Shot !! the wonderment in his eyes yet you can tell he wants something. I like in between the trees well done, and the background bright really giving you the portrait yet not look that I love. very great picture of this young man. he's on a mission you can see! Well Done! Bev

OK, at last, a guy! Great portrait. Very natural and very creatively composed. Got the light just right on his face. Hot spot on the upper left in the leaves is distracting, otherwise a really nice photo

Haha, instead of "here I am girls" I would have titled this something like "look at them girls walk by!" The reason? His expression isn't really one of presenting himself, but more one of curiosity, of fixation, of hope. He seems like he's watching for something, looking forward to something. Either way, very engaging expression, giving this portrait high marks for story.
This photo is most enjoyable on the technical and compositional levels as well: exposure is perfect to get the face and the framing bark correct, colors are preserved well, focus is excellent, as is DoF. Really like the framing here, it helps with that whole story thing.
