The effects of light is seen in every aspic of this image.
That aside:
I see interesting imagery.
To me the balance, and composition, both are well placed.
The focus is good and encompasses the entire frame.
The light is exciting.
I see a creative imagination.
I see a degree of technical excellence.
Also I see a level of sophistication in the overall appearance of this image.
I believe that this image carries a high capacity for story telling

Great still life! I quite like the color of the flower reflected in the rainbow on the backing on the right. The reflected patterns in crystal of the wine glass and the texture of the backdrop are a nice black and white echo...all in one shot. Very nice.

Wonderful still life. Reflection of waterford glass, shadow of glass on wall and placement of rose are fantastic. It doesn't take much to have a photographic moment, but it takes an artistic eye to pull it off!

I like the composition and cropping. I like the light refraction through the glass. I'm not crazy about the exposure and the grainy/noisy look. I assume you added the grain? (since you shot at ISO 400 it wouldn't be the camera).

The result is an interesting study; the light not only gives a rainbow effect, but also produces a double shadow of the glass on the walls; I don't like too much the rose - seems a bit artificial, but as a whoe, the capture is great.

It was worth the effort. Lovely, interesting picture. The clarity of the glasses shadow is great and the rainbow colour reflections a re beautiful. My only thing is I an not sure about the lighting on the rose it appears a bit sharp to my eye but I think the composition including the rose is great. Thanks and good luck.

It was worth the effort. Lovely, interesting picture. The clarity of the glasses shadow is great and the rainbow colour reflections a re beautiful.
