Initial impact nice close up of the child. Lighting is actually a little over. Next time step back just a little. You have about five hot spots. All of the hot spots can be fixed in post digital darkroom activities like PS.
Action hanging on that blanket. Baby presentation. Color harmony is good. Center of interest is the babies eyes. Wow, they are blue. Cropping is tight. Focus is sharp. Depth of field not in effect in this shot. Story telling is in the titles and artist's notes.

I love the color of the pink blanket against the baby's beautiful face. The eyes really stand out and the blonde hair going down the side of the face stand out as well. Gorgeous baby! :)
